Our story

We had a case worker, Melanie Mardin from Lakes Region Community Services, who set us up together on September 30, 2021, at the former Soda Shoppe. From there, we went on our first date soon after. I had no idea this would be the one where it works. We have gone on many karaoke dates etc. Then on March 7, 2023, I took Babe / Heidi to Disney World Magic Kingdom and got down on one knee and proposed to her. She happily could not believe what was happening and said yes. The rest is history from there. I had planned that engagement for months before. I was clever of it.
