They have done a great job restoring the building. My friend / client Paul Lerp had done work on the roof and helped with the flag there. Another advertiser of mine, the Laconia Daily Sun had moved their office in there. Wayfarer has opened a 2nd location there. The building overall is beautiful and modernized. It is also next to the popular Chaos and Kindness.
